Cambodian garment factories are exploring options to automate and digitise operations in order to grow efficiencies and secure new business, according to fashion tech platform Zilingo, which recently showcased its offering at a conference hosted by the Garment Manufacturers Association of Cambodia (GMAC).
Zilingo introduced its proprietary production software which will help Cambodia’s garment factories increase efficiency and reduce defects. Zilingo Production Software allows factories to use real-time production data to produce actionable performance reports that will help factories improve efficiency and productivity.
Zilingo was invited by Kaing Monika, GMAC’s deputy secretary-general, to show how it can harness its smart technology-led solutions to bring factories in Cambodia onboard the digital revolution and maintain their position as major players in the fashion industry.
