Cambodia-US trade reaches over $6 bn in 1st 10 months of 2021

US-Cambodia trade was valued at about $6.35 billion in the first ten months of 2021, a year-on-year (YoY) increase of 40 per cent, according to figures from the ministry of commerce that showed from January to October, Cambodia exported $6.08 billion worth of goods to the United States—up by 40 per cent compared to the same period last year.

At the same time, Cambodia’s imports from the United States were amounted to $278 million, a year-on-year increase of 42 per cent, according to Cambodian media reports.

Cambodia mostly exported textiles, footwear, travel goods and agricultural products to the United States, while its imports included vehicles, animal feed and machinery.
